About the Role
Principali Responsabilità
- Preparare rapporti mensili di ingegneria con i principali KPI (Capex, Manutenzione, HSE e Qualità).
- Supportare gli audit interni ed esterni
- Attuare gli OPG.
- Se necessario, creare SOP e modelli a livello regionale/di sito.
- Guidare o contribuire a progetti di miglioramento delle attrezzature, dei servizi e delle strutture (ad esempio, efficienza energetica, produttività, conformità ambientale, manutenzione).
- Guidare/migliorare la disponibilità tecnica, l'affidabilità e le condizioni degli asset.
- Stabilire processi di riparazione e manutenzione efficienti dal punto di vista dei costi, in conformità con le normative locali, HSE e GMP.
- Definire ed eseguire la strategia degli asset e la corretta gestione del ciclo di vita degli asset.
- Gestire progetti e iniziative di miglioramento della manutenzione (locali o aziendali).
- Sviluppare una dichiarazione di metodo per la manutenzione/calibrazione.
Requisiti Minimi:
- Laurea in ingegneria (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) o equivalente.
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di ingegneria e, idealmente, di manutenzione.
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetti Office (Excel in particolare).
- Preferibile conoscenza del software SAP.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
